  • How can someone help?
    Everyday call or email a different entity and ask for an update. Call Denver PD one day. call Health Dept one day, call Denver FD one day, call Local Affairs one day, and so on. Don't call Cedar Run. They stopped responding 12/5. Keep the awareness of this situation public until the families can retrieve their property and AMC LLC is held accountable for their treatment of their own residents.
  • Who is the property management at Cedar Run Apartments?
    Apartment Management Consultants LLC since 2019
  • What happened December 4, 2022?
    A fire occurred around 1:45PM in the stairway of Building A. The Denver FD arrived and the fire was out around 2:15. After the Denver FD left, property management refused the tenants access to their units and property the night of the fire, and everyday since then. Emailed the tenants a "notice of termination" to all residential leases and refused access to any personal property for an indefinite time. AMC LLC first claimed Denver FD condemned the building 12/4. This was disproved so then AMC LLC claimed asbestos contamination. Again disproved. AMC LLC then claims "the city" closed the building. Then "the state", then "the county", then Health Dept. Each disproved. There has been no court order There is no order to vacate security cameras recorded 3rd party contractors in units. Staff drilling holes in walls, adjusting cameras, spraying chemicals in units & on personal property, theft of property. Nothing that AMC LLC has claimed or stated has any documentation or merit.
  • Who owns Cedar Run Apartments?
    Gelt Inc. purchased the property in 2019.
